Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No item can be returned without a RMA (Return Material Authorization). All returns without RMA will be denied.  All freight charges are the responsibility of customer.  Please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of item(s) to have RMA number issued to you. Thereafter, all sales are final.  

All sales are final for all clearance items, custom or special order items.  They cannot be returned, unless defective or damaged in shipment.

The item to be returned must be in its original, unopened, unused condition and must be complete.   The return must be received within 60 days from original invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not the error of ours, defect from manufacturer or damaged during shipment to customer.   Items must be sent back in the original packaging that product was shipped in. A credit will not be issued to items that were damaged in transit back to our location. The customer will be responsible for the filing of claims with the carrier for any damage when sending item back to our location. 

The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages, missing or incorrect items. If a package arrives and is damaged, missing items or incorrect items, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Save all packaging for any claims. 

If there is damage to the product. You must contact us within 5 days and submit a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.  We will file claim with carrier and arrange for refund or replacement.  Please do not refuse damaged package. 

Shipping errors are our responsibility. We will send label for incorrect item.  We will ship replacement with no additional charge to customer.  If you are short shipped we will send missing item at our expense. 

Cancelling or changing order can only be done if order has not been processed.  You cannot cancel any custom or special order items. 

Warranty returns are all handled on a case by case basis.  You will need to contact us directly with information on your item.  Please email sales@rstvisions.com or call at 818.566.1114.

All international orders the customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
