Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received if the item is in stock. If the item is NOT in stock we will contact you to let you know the lead-time.  Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

We ship internationally to many countries. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Damages

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
