How fast will it take for my order to ship out?

According to stock, if Item is available and the order is placed before 3pm PST your item will ship out the same day. You are able to choose personalized shipping methods, for immediate delivery needs. Please be sure to contact customerservice@rstvisions.com for product availability and shipping method options.

Is the item I ordered in stock?

Most items listed are in stock. In the case the item is not in stock we will notify you immediately with lead times and additional information.

How do I track my order?

All customers receive a tracking number, in accordance with your shipping method. If you are unable to locate your tracking number please call or email us and we will be happy to provide yours.

-Customers who wish to pick up their order at our Will Call in Burbank, CA you will receive a phone call when your order is ready.

Can I pick up my order from will call?

Of course, we would love for you to stop in! When completing the order, under shipping information you will select “Will Call pick up”. Our Will Call hours are from 8am-6pm. If you wish to pay at the time of pick up, please call so we can print your paperwork accordingly.

What If I placed an order after business hours, and need assistance?

Please email us and we will process your request as quickly as possible.

What if I ordered the wrong lamp?

Don’t stress! Please refer to our return policy link at the bottom of the page and we will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit/debit cards. PayPal is also accepted though our website.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have the capability to ship internationally and are proud to ship to all countries outside the US. Please contact us directly by phone or email to discuss order and shipment specifications.

Can I use or reference my personal PO for an order?

Of course! Please email us at customerservice@rstvisions.com with your PO number and we will reference it for the entire order on all paperwork.

Can my company be opened on account with longer payment terms?

Yes, please email accounting@rstvisions.com or call us at 818.566.1114 and we will be glad to send you a credit application.

How can I apply an advertised ‘Promo/coupon Code’?

At your shopping cart page you will see a box prompting you to use a “Discount Code” Please enter the code and click APPLY COUPON.

How much does shipping cost?

After adding an item to your cart, you will see “Estimate Shipping and Tax.” If you enter your Country, State/Providence, and Zip/Postal Code, you will be able to get an accurate estimate according to your items weight and dimensions.

What if my item is defective and needs repair?

RST Visions In Color partners with reputable manufacturers who warranty and stand by their product. In the occasion you receive a defective product that was undetected at the time of shipment please contact us by email or phone and we will be glad to help accordingly.
